Flavorful but not acidic, this great-tasting heirloom tomato dates back to the late 1800s! Large-lobed, beefsteak-shaped tomatoes have a thin, pinkish-red skin. Very vigorous. Best if staked, caged, or trellised. Perfect for slicing.
