Important Quality Note: To protect your plants, we may temporarily delay shipping during periods of extreme inclement weather at our nursery, along the transit route or at the delivery address.

Please Note: Your order confirmation will show the start date of your three-week shipping window. We typically ship orders within 21 days of that date. Please refer to the schedule below to see the specific shipping windows for each plant variety in your zone.

Shipping Time: We ship seeds and most other in-stock items within a few days of receiving your order. Nursery stock and bulbs are shipped at the best planting time for your area.

Shipments outside the continental United States: We cannot ship nursery stock outside the continental United States

Shipping Methods & Guidelines

Seeds & General Merchandise

  • Processing: 3–5 business days.
  • Carrier: Shipped via USPS (Standard delivery: 3–14 business days).
  • Vendor Direct: Select items ship directly from our partners and may take 3-4 weeks to deliver.
  • Digital Goods: E-gift cards are delivered via email on the day of purchase.

Plant Orders

  • Timing: Your order confirmation will show the start date of your three-week shipping window.
  • Carrier: Most plants ship via UPS. A physical street address is required. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Exceptions: Sweet potatoes and onion plants (not sets) ship via USPS.
  • Split Shipments: Because we fulfill orders from multiple specialized locations, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Important Policies

  • No Modifications: Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or modified.
  • Tracking: You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
  • Schedule Updates: Our shipping calendar is updated regularly to reflect real-time weather conditions.
