Outstanding new cultivar produces crazy-big yields—about 3 lbs. per plant—of sweet, dark-red berries. Ripening late, between mid- and late July, ‘Jeanne’s dessert-ready berries are larger than most red fruits, weighing in at 5 grams. Spreading 5 high and 5 wide, plants demonstrate effective disease resistance: to powdery mildew, white pine blister rust and a range of pests; a good selection for organic gardens.
