Vegetables for Succession Planting

Succession planting is a term used to describe the act of sowing vegetable seeds every few weeks or so, for the purpose of enjoying multiple harvests. Why do this? Some vegetables -like beans- may peter out after a few weeks of harvesting. Others -like carrots- are harvested by pulling the pule plant out of the ground. Some common vegetables for succession planting also include corn, summer squash, lettuce, and radishes!
