1. Sponsor

The Burpee Email Signup Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by W. Atlee Burpee & Co. (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 22, 2026 at 12:00am ET and ends on June 8, 2026 at 11:59pm ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the online entry form by providing a valid first and last name and email address via the official Sweepstakes landing page during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Optional fields (such as phone number for winner contact) may be included but are not required to enter or win.

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Burpee; you may unsubscribe at any time.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

Fifty (50) winners will receive via UPS Burpee’s America’s 250th Seed Collections consisting of Thomas Jefferson’s Revolutionary Garden, Martha Washington’s Kitchen Garden and A Colonial Dooryard Herb Garden (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $149.85. Shipping costs are covered by the sponsor. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or store credit. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Fifty (50) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about June 10, 2026. The winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. A valid U.S. physical shipping address is required for prize delivery; UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or technical issues related to entries.

9. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Burpee. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
