Watermelon Lemonade

Sweet watermelon gets a tangy citrus kick in this refreshing summertime drink that both kids and adults will love!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, peeled, diced, and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1–2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Additional watermelon slices, for garnish
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the diced watermelon until smooth and fully pureed.
  2. Pour the watermelon puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp (optional if you prefer a smoother drink).
  3. Add fresh lemon juice, cold water, and agave syrup. Stir well to combine, and adjust sweetness or lemon juice to taste. Refrigerate the mixture until chilled.
  4. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with extra watermelon and lemon slices.
