
Sweet watermelon gets a tangy citrus kick in this refreshing summertime drink that both kids and adults will love!
Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, peeled, diced, and seeded
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1–2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Additional watermelon slices, for garnish
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the diced watermelon until smooth and fully pureed.
- Pour the watermelon puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp (optional if you prefer a smoother drink).
- Add fresh lemon juice, cold water, and agave syrup. Stir well to combine, and adjust sweetness or lemon juice to taste. Refrigerate the mixture until chilled.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with extra watermelon and lemon slices.
