
Sesame and sriracha (or Korean chili flake) make this simple salmon dish something special.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb salmon, cut into 4 filets
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved and cleaned
- 1 bunch green onions, cut into 2” pieces (greens reserved)
- Olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper
- Sesame oil, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Korean chili flake or sriracha, optional for heat
Instructions
- Add halved busseld sprouts and salmon to a sheet pan. Gated garlic over each filet and layer the tops with lemon slices.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven at 425°F. for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of your salmon. Give the vegetables a toss 5 mintues before they are done.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, and garnish with reserved sliced green onion greens. For an added kick, top Korean chili flakes or sriracha.
