Grilling on a cedar plank gives salmon delicious smoky taste, while just-snipped dill gives the dish a hit of herby freshness.
Ingredients
- Cedar plank (soaked in water)
- Whole side of salmon
- Honey mustard
- Salt
- Lemon slices
- Fresh chopped dill
Instructions
- Place the cedar plank in water and soak for 15 minutes before grilling.
- Set the salmon on top of the soaked cedar plank. Spread a thick layer of honey mustard over the fish, then sprinkle with salt and top with lemon slices.

- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh chopped dill. Serve warm.
