
An easy herby appetizer for your holiday party or any winter gathering!
Ingredients
- 1 sheet prepared puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1–2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 4–5 oz brie cheese, cut into ½-inch slices
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Cut 1 sheet prepared puff pastry into 9 squares and carefully cut a smaller square inside each, not going all the way through.
- Brush puff pastry squares with egg wash and sprinkle generously with finely chopped rosemary. Place a ½-inch slice of brie cheese on top of the inner squares.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and serve warm or at room temperature.
