For weeknights or weekend cookouts, these simple chicken kabobs will become a go-to on your grilling menu.
Recipe:
- In a large bowl, combine chunks of chicken, 1-inch pieces of red onion and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, chili powder, ground cumin and ground coriander and toss well.
- Thread onto skewers and grill for about 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with lime wedges.
