‘Bartzella’ is a prized cultivar that provides an abundance of large, pleasantly fragrant, bright yellow double flowers with a touch of red in the center, that are a joy to behold. An Itoh peony is a cross between a tree peony and an herbaceous garden peony, combining the best qualities of both.
