When the shorter days of fall are upon us, ‘Autumn Gold’ busts out sunshine in bright, yellow 2" flowers that continue from September until November or hard frost, long after other sunflowers have called it quits. Tightly mounded perennial plants have fern-like foliage, are drought-tolerant and maintenance-free. An excellent companion to garden mums!
