‘White Knight’ is an eggplant like no other. Unique eggplants’ shimmery, precious white fruits resemble Fabergé’s opulent creations. Alluring, delicious fruits are culinary wonders: to be savored roasted, sautéed or baked; or served fresh for tantalizing hors-d’oeuvres. Disease-resistant 34–36" plants produce opulent yields of irresistible 7" x 1½" white fruits.
