‘Velouette’ is one cosmic Cosmos. Seductively attractive half-hardy 32 inch bicolor annual lets loose with lovely sprays of bright white flowers with deep-red stripes—blooming summer to fall. Produces vase after dazzling vase of cut flowers. Surface-sow seeds in sunny spot with well-drained soil. For full-tilt extended flowering, simply keep cutting fresh blooms.
