A magnificent clematis with ruffled, 4-6” double or semi-double flowers in May-June. The light pink petals are accented with darker purple-red bars. Single blooms follow in September. Beautiful when planted behind a low shrub for a bit of extra protection around the roots, or try in a large container with a trellis. Pruning group B1, meaning pruning is mostly optional, and should be done in the spring after the first flush of blooms.
