Full Description

Basil, Sweet Genovese Ocimum basilicum, full sun annual. Italian basil with extremely tender, extra-large thick, crinkled, green leaves with a strong scent. Soothing to the stomach.
Chives,Allium schoenoprasum, full sun perennial plant hardy in zones 4-8. Attractive white flowers attract pollinators; green flat leaves are infused with mild garlic flavor and are delicious in salads, spreads and flavored vinegars.
Oregano, Italian Origanum vulgare, perennial plant hardy to zones 6-9. Ornamental in the garden and the leaves are great to dry and use for sauces and soups.
Parsley, Plain Italian Petroselinum crispum, full sun biennial. Flat, deep cut, dark green leaves make an excellent addition to salad dressings, poultry, soups and in pesto.
Rosemary Rosmarinus officinalis, full sun perennial plant hardy in zones 7-10. Shrubby plants with aromatic foliage. Fresh sprigs are an essential ingredient for holiday turkeys, add delicious flavor to meats, other poultry and vegetables. It also makes a great addition to potpourris.
Sage Salvia officinalis, full sun perennial plant hardy in zones 6-8. Flowers in summer on compact plants make an attractive landscape plant. An essential culinary herb to enhance virtually any dish.
