Pole Bean And Pea Tower is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 39.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great at first I bought 2 of these at the New Year for beans and cucumbers. They were pretty easy to set up and the string provided was nice and strong. My problem was that, as the vines grew to the top of the pole, they formed thick mats that restricted additional growth. What additional growth was evident, began to fall over and trail down. With both my beans and cukes, I believe I would've been better off with straight or overhead curved trellises. I'll be selling these before next growing season.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent tower, but missing important parts The tower has great potential, but I’m missing the top pole from the tower

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What’s the purpose of the clips? I got a couple of these a month or so ago. They are sturdy, and I can already see that they will hold a ton of beans. But, as other reviewers have mentioned, the instructions diagrams are so tiny that it’s impossible to see where the heck the clips are supposed to go or what their purpose is. Like, are they supposed to keep the bottom part of the hoop from sinking lower and the top part of the hoop from inching up the pole? Or, are they supposed to keep the two parts of the hoop kind of mooshed together? It would be really great if the manufacturer could chime in here and provide some guidance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth the investment I am usually a very frugal gardener so these towers were a splurge for me. They are easy to install, easy to harvest from and very easy to store for the winter. This will be the 4th year for them and other than some dirt they look brand new. I really like that they don't take up much space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bean crop ever thanks to this support! I bought the support last year assembled it in early spring. I have never seen vines that flourish with such vigor. Such a simple way to grow great plentiful beans. Definitely buying a second one. (And a step stool!) The beans are taller than I am. LOL! :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great results with lima beans on the bean tower. I have lima beans growing like wild fire on my bean towers and they are doing fantastic. The tower holds the weight perfectly and I have planted pole lima beans again this year using the towers. Last year, my pole lima beans were too heavy and trellis I had was woven and it sagged to the ground with the weight. Very good product and I will get more to grow my yellow and green beans on them next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from hard to assemble The instructions for this tower weren't very clear, and the pictures were too small to understand. The clips (like cotter pins) wouldn't open wide enough to fasten the rings to the pole. I had to use duct tape. I'm not sure if the whole assembly is put together the way the manufacturer intended, but at least I got all the string up. Peas are just poking out of the ground, so I'll see how this thing does pretty soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than expected I grow Christmas lima beans, and these towers hold up pretty well under the pressure. I did have to fabricate a longer, deeper base pole, as we are in a very windy part of the country. I overplanted as a test, over 50 plants on each tower. I am satisfied.
