Recipe:

 

  1. Place a ball of burrata on a platter and scatter around sliced heirloom tomatoes and sliced peaches.
  2. Drizzle everything with olive oil, flaky sea salt, fresh cracked pepper and fresh basil leaves.
  3. Serve with warm grilled sourdough.
