Rosé Sangria

Cheers to a fruity wine cocktail that’s easy to make for a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup orange liqueur
  • 1 bottle rosé wine
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 3–4 pluots or plums, pitted and sliced
  • Sparkling water (for topping)
  • Ice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the lemon juice, sugar, and orange liqueur; heat until sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Let cool completely. Let it completely.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine rosé wine, cooled simple syrup, sliced strawberries, and sliced pluots or plums. Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least a few hours or overnight.
  3. To serve, pour over ice and top with sparkling water.
