
Cheers to a fruity wine cocktail that’s easy to make for a crowd!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup orange liqueur
- 1 bottle rosé wine
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 3–4 pluots or plums, pitted and sliced
- Sparkling water (for topping)
- Ice (for serving)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the lemon juice, sugar, and orange liqueur; heat until sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Let cool completely. Let it completely.
- In a large pitcher, combine rosé wine, cooled simple syrup, sliced strawberries, and sliced pluots or plums. Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least a few hours or overnight.
- To serve, pour over ice and top with sparkling water.
