Corn and Goat Cheese Zucchini Noodles

Spiralize 2 large zucchini and cut the kernels off 2 ears of corn. Saute in olive oil with 1 clove of minced garlic, just until tender. Garnish with crumbled goat cheese and fresh basil, season to taste with salt and pepper.
