


This creamy, garlicky sauce is delicious as a dip with grilled pita or drizzled on top of chicken. Also try it with eggplant or as a replacement for mayo in sandwiches and salads.
Recipe:
In a bowl, mix together ½ cup plain Greek yogurt with 2 cloves grated garlic, 1 cup shredded cucumber, ¼ cup chopped fresh dill and a pinch of salt. This sauce gets better as it sits for a few hours.
