Spicy Maple Winter Squash

A little sweet, a little spicy – and great with any winter squash!

 

Recipe:

 

  1. Toss chunks of seeded squash with chili garlic, maple syrup, olive oil and salt.
  2. Roast at 425 degrees F for 30-40 minutes until tender.
  3. Garnish with thinly sliced green onion.
