Roasted Fennel

Roasted Fennel

A super-easy side dish! Try it with pan-seared pork chops or a tenderloin.

 

Recipe:

 

  1. Cut wedges of fennel with the core intact, then toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Roast at 425 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until slightly charred.
  3. Garnish with shaved parmesan and sliced lemon.
