Try this sweet floral twist on a margarita! You can make your own rose water or use storebought.
For honey syrup: In a small saucepan, combine ¼ cup honey and ¼ cup water. Bring to a simmer and whisk until honey is dissolved. Let cool completely.
For cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine 2oz blanco tequila, 1oz Cointreau, 1oz fresh lemon juice, 1oz fresh grapefruit juice, 2 dashes rose water and 1oz honey syrup over ice and shake well. Strain into a low ball glass filled with ice.
