Dress your summer burger with a bounty of garden-fresh herbs!
- In a bowl, combine 1.5lbs ground beef with ½ tsp salt and pepper and ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs; mix well.
- Form into 4 patties and grill or cook in a cast iron skillet to preferred doneness. Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor, combine 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup parsley, 1 cup mixed dill, cilantro, mint, basil and tarragon, ¼ cup chopped chives, juice of ½ lemon, 1 clove garlic, plus salt and pepper; blend until smooth.
- Toast burger buns and spread the bottoms with creamy goat cheese.
- Top patty with a handful of fresh herbs, a generous drizzle of dressing and a grind of fresh pepper.
