Recipe:
Mix 1 stick softened butter with 1 Tbs flaky salt, zest of 1 small orange and 1/3 cup chopped edible flowers. Roll into a tube shape with wax paper, twisting the ends to seal. Refrigerate until hardened and then slice into rounds to serve.
