Turn fresh-picked apricots into a sweet, simple jam for spreading on morning toast. Great for homemade gifting!


1. Combine 3 cups smashed apricots with ½ cup sugar and juice and zest of 1 lemon and bring to a boil.

2. Simmer for about 30 minutes or until thick and bubbly.

3. Cool completely and store in the fridge for up to 2 months.
