Stone Fruit Galette
Mix sliced stone fruit with a tablespoon of flour, a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt. Pile into your favorite pie crust and fold up the edges to seal. Sprinkle generously with turbinado sugar and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve with fresh basil and a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
