Short Description

Drought-tolerant tender perennial boasts ribbon-like blooms and thin, elegant leaves.

Full Description

Bred in Australia and quickly gaining popularity in the US for its drought tolerance and ornamental qualities, Grevillea ‘Kings Celebration’ features thin, feathery, needle-like leaves and striking bicolor red and white flowers. The ribbon-like, unfurling blooms are favorites of hummingbirds and beneficial bees. As a tender perennial (hardy in zones 8-11), this shrub will bloom year-round in Southern California and similar climates, where it may be used as a focal point or a hedge. For those of us in cooler climates, simply treat as an annual or grow these unusual specimens in containers and bring indoors for the winter.
