Jury is still out on Bay Laurel purchaseJury is still out on this Bay Laurel. I've tried moving it into different locations with different amounts of sun, but it doesn't seem to thrive and is not looking well.

Bay LaurelKeeping fingers crossed that it will survive. Have been growing it in large pot outside but am going to bring it into house because of heat. Have a couple leaves that have turned brown so have removed them.

Lovely little plantI bought the Bay leaf plant because the Bay leaf or Laurel is part of my Spanish culture. The Laurel that I received from Burpee is growing beautifully in its ceramic pot. I followed the instructions that came with the plant and my lovely is sprouting wonderfully. I have used one or two of it's leaves for cooking and they have delicious flavor. Please note that this is a slow growing plant. I want to let it truly fill out before harvesting too much. I am receiving much joy in watching my Laurel grow.

BAY TREE - NICE PLANTI ordered this tree in the late spring as an addition to my perennial herbs. First, the tree arrived in fine condition with good, clear instructions for planting with optional treatments well explained.
Secondly, the tree is thriving and I anticipate having a lifetime supply of bay leaves for my cooking.
