Tiny, weak plantsI ordered a Silverdrop Eucalyptus from Burpee, another one from a different online seller, and another one from a local garden shop because I wanted to ensure I landed a successful plant. I planted them all in same garden bed and within the same week, and the plant from Burpee has barely grown over the past couple months whereas the other two have more than tripled in size. The difference is so stark. I ordered several other herbs from Burpee all of which seem to be very small and weak in comparison to live plants from other shops. I've purchased seeds from Burpee and had great success with those, so I'm not sure what the deal is with the sad little plants.

ThrilledI was uncertain about my success with this plant, but I wanted to try to grow it. We have a few weddings on our farm each year, and I hope to offer the eucalyptus to brides for bouquets and table arrangements. I've watered them every day, and all three of the plants I bought are thriving and beautiful and smell wonderful.
