XL Pro Series Cage - Red is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 30.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cages and extenders! I was hesitant to buy the extenders because if the reviews about the plastic clamps, but I'm glad I bought them! They changed the design and don't use clamps, the use bolts now. I did use a few zip ties to reinforce as well. The cages and the extenders are about 7ft tall once in the ground. I did stake them, so they won't tip over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Alternate use for folding tomato cages These cages are great for tomatoes. During the winter when there are no tomatoes to support I use them as a frame to discourage critters from trampling or digging up the cold season plants. If the temps are forecast to get too cold I throw a tarp over the cages and they become a temporary cold frame. Works great for my zone. The pictures are three rows of onions planted yesterday. When the weather warms up in early March the cages will be removed and used for tomatoes. Hey Burpee, this review deserves a gift certificate!! Love the product!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality is #1 I've wanted a substantial and durable tomato cage for years. Burpee's tomato cage absolutely met all of my garden's needs, and expectations. The only thing that I can add is, "I wish I would have the cages 20 years ago." So easy to set up and install in the garden, and so easy to remove, fold, and store away for the winter. This is a product well worth the investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Height that I needed Due to the soil in my area, I grow everything in raised beds. These Gage's provide the height I need to keep things neat and healthy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hummingbirds Love to Sit on Them, Too After my determinate tomatoes were finished in July, I put these tomato cages near my salvia plants that the hummingbirds visit every day ... just as added decoration to the garden. Lo and behold, the hummingbirds rest on the red tomato cages every day before, during and after feeding on the big purple Salvia Amistad and all the other hummingbird plants in my garden. It is both beautiful and amazing to see these hummers slow down for a minute and rest on the red tomato cages. The tomato cagess worked perfectly for the tomatoes, also.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Weak and easily blown over I purchased six cages with extenders this year. When my tomato plants reached six feet tall, I thought these cages were superior to the combination of tomato ladders and wooden stakes I had used in previous years. However, when strong winds came, the weight of the plants caused the legs of the cages to bend and the plants, along with the cages, fell to the ground. Luckily, the main stems of the plants did not snap. The cages are now held up with wooden stakes, so I guess the tried and true wooden stake is an irreplaceable fixture in the garden. It looks like the legs of the cages are damaged beyond repair so I will likely not be able to use them again, at least for tomatoes. Perhaps they can be used for pole beans. Sorry to say, but these cages were a waste of money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the cages, not the extenders I've used the smaller cages for years. I decided to try these this year as some of the varieties I'm planting will yield bigger tomatoes than I usually plant. I set up my first set of three and found, like other reviewers have mentioned, that the extender clips are very hard to use. I could not attach them and had to get my brother-in-law to help. Even with all his muscle there are a few that aren't fully clamped. I will use the suggested wire ties for my next set. Burpee cages are the best cages I've found after experimenting with several other cheaper versions.
