Includes 1 Plant of Each:
  • ‘Genovese’ Basil: Italian heirloom with extremely tender, sweetly fragrant, extra-large, dark green leaves versatile for any tomato-based dish as well as meats and cheeses. Ideal for Caprese.
  • Rosemary: Powerfully aromatic herb adds wonderfully bitter, mint-like flavor to meats, poultry and even vegetables. Bold and complex, unlike its name.
  • Thyme: Energetic and light aroma with dreamy elegance. A widely used culinary herb, thyme is grown also as a decorative accent to the garden. Bees use its pollen to make delectable honey.
  • Sage: Lovely greenish-blue and soft woolly leaves with purple flowers blooming mid-summer. Sage can be used fresh or dried to enhance almost any dish with a mild but sophisticated “tang”. Use in sausages, poultry, meat, bread, dressings, vegetables, omelets and stuffing.
  • Cilantro: Use pungent leaves (Cilantro) in Asian and Mexican dishes. Harvest seeds later (Coriander) to make curry powder and flavor sausages. Distinct taste!
  • ‘Greek’ Oregano: A must in many Italian dishes, tomato sauces, fish and salad dressing. Earthy, strong and heavy—great counter-balance to pastas and pizzas.
