Step up your summer salsa with fresh watermelon and homegrown basil!
Recipe:
- In a bowl, combine 2 cups diced watermelon with ½ cup diced red onion, 1 seeded diced jalapeño, juice of 1 lime, ½ tsp salt and 2 Tbs chopped basil; mix well.
- Let sit at least 15 minutes for flavors to meld before serving with chips, on grilled fish or as a taco topping.
