This easy recipe combines summer’s bounty of beans, cherry tomatoes and basil!
- Cook pasta according to package directions and add 2 cups of chopped green beans to the boiling water during the last minute of cooking. Drain and return to the pot.
- Stir in ¼ cup good olive oil, ½ tsp salt and pepper, 6oz crumbled feta, 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes and ½ cup chopped basil. Stir to coat noodles and serve with additional basil, oil, salt and pepper if desired.
