Sweet & Sour Bell Peppers

Slice different colored peppers for an eye-catching side dish that’s ready in a flash.

 

Recipe:

 

  1. Sauté sliced multicolored peppers with olive oil and garlic until just soft.
  2. Add a splash of sherry vinegar and a pinch of sugar; sauté a few minutes more.
  3. Stir in basil and serve as a tangy side dish.
