Recipe:

1. In a pint glass, muddle 6 small strawberries, 4 basil leaves and 1 lemon wedge.
2. Stir in ¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice and 2-4 tsp simple syrup.
3. Strain over ice and top with sparkling water.
