When your garden gives you cherry tomatoes, it's time for fuss-free summertime pasta.
1. Sauté a large handful of mixed cherry tomatoes in olive oil with a few cloves of sliced garlic. Cook until tomatoes shrivel and burst.
2. Add cooked pasta and a bit of pasta water, shredded parmesan, salt and pepper. Stir well, simmering for a few minutes so pasta soaks up the tomato flavor.
3. Garnish with fresh basil and more cheese.
