Sheet Pan Salmon with Brussels Sprouts

Sesame and sriracha (or Korean chili flake) make this simple salmon dish something special.

 

Recipe:

  1. Grease a large sheet pan and add 1.5lb salmon, cut into 4 filets, along with 1lb halved and cleaned Brussels sprouts and 1 bunch green onions cut into 2” long pieces, greens reserved.
  2. Season everything with salt and pepper and a good drizzle of olive oil. Grate a bit of garlic on each filet of salmon and layer with a few lemon slices.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish. Remove sheet pan and toss veggies around, then return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
  4. Garnish with a drizzle of sesame oil, sesame seeds and reserved sliced green onions. For a little spice, add Korean chili flake or sriracha if desired.
