Salty capers and sweet raisins round out the flavors of this simple yet delicious cauliflower dish.
- Core and halve a medium head of cauliflower. Thinly slice on a mandolin.
- Combine sliced cauliflower in a bowl with ¼ cup capers, ¼ cup raisins, ¼ cup toasted pine nuts, 3 Tbs red wine vinegar, 1/3-1/2 cup olive oil and a handful of parsley leaves.
- Toss to coat and season to taste with flaky salt and lots of fresh ground pepper.
