Roasted Garlic

Roasted Garlic

Goes with anything! Spread on toasted bread, add to soups or try in salad dressings.

 

Recipe:

 

  1. Cut off the tail end of a head of garlic and place it in a square of foil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, then seal the foil packet.
  3. Roast at 400 degrees F for 45-60 minutes or until very soft and tender.
  4. Once cooled, squeeze the garlic cloves out of the head and store in a jar in the fridge.
