Peach & Burrata Flatbread

Sweet peaches and creamy burrata taste delicious with tender zucchini and savory prosciutto in this easy appetizer.

 

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Top a flatbread or naan with a drizzle of olive oil, slices of prosciutto, thinly sliced peaches, torn burrata and ribbons of zucchini. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and melty.
  3. Garnish flatbread with fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese.
