Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic

We love a sheet pan side dish! Make flavorful sprouts for a special occasion dinner or any day of the week.

 

Recipe:

 

  1. Halve 1 lb. Brussels sprouts and combine on a sheet pan with 1 medium red onion cut into wedges, a generous drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme.
  2. Roast at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes until charred and tender.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, toss and serve.
