Marinated Peppers

Prep flavorful peppers to dress up sandwiches and pastas, or to serve with crostini as an appetizer.

 

Recipe:

 

  1. Grill or roast whole bell peppers until charred and soft. Transfer to a Ziploc bag and let steam until cool enough to handle.
  2. Peel and seed the roasted peppers, then cut into large chunks.
  3. Add peppers to a jar with sliced garlic, oregano and sliced lemon; cover with olive oil. Store in the refrigerator and let marinate.
