1. Soak a cedar plank in water for 15 minutes before grilling.
2. Put a whole side of salmon on top of cedar plank and spread with a thick layer of honey mustard, a good sprinkle of salt and lemon slices. Set on top of hot grill and cook over medium high heat with the lid closed for about 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked to your preferred doneness.
3. Remove from heat and serve with fresh chopped dill.
