Chop, mix and voila! You’ve got a zesty slaw to enjoy as a side dish with your meal. It’s also a delicious, quick-to-make addition to the potluck table.
In a large bowl, combine 3 medium kohlrabi peeled and julienned, 1 medium apple julienned, 2 medium carrots shredded, ½ cup Greek yogurt, the juice of 1 small lemon, salt and pepper, 2 sliced green onions, 2 Tbs olive oil and 1 tsp spicy honey. Mix well and serve chilled.
