Kale & Ricotta Toast

Got a big crop of kale? Sauté it with a few other simple ingredients to serve on creamy, delicious toast.

Recipe:

Sauté kale with sliced red onion and garlic until wilted. Stir in a splash of balsamic vinegar and spoon over toasted bread, slathered with fresh ricotta.
