


Homegrown romaine is the perfect crunchy base for this savory salad with salami, provolone and olives.
Ingredients:
1 can drained garbanzo beans
½ cup diced salami
¼ cup cubed provolone
3 sliced roasted red bell peppers
¼ cup sliced mixed green and black olives
½ sliced red onion
1 head chopped romaine
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
2 Tbs red wine vinegar
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ cup olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
Recipe:
- In a large bowl, combine garbanzo beans, diced salami, cubed provolone, roasted red bell peppers, mixed green and black olive slices, red onion and chopped romaine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, dried oregano, olive oil, salt and ground pepper.
- Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
