There’s no quicker way to enjoy your apple orchard haul this fall!
- Peel and coarsely chop 3 lbs mixed varietals of apples and add to Instant Pot.
- Add a pinch salt, juice of 1 lemon, 1 Tbs light brown sugar and ¼ cup water. Cook for 8 minutes on high and let natural release.
- Mix in ½ tsp ground cinnamon and blend in a food processor or with an immersion blender until smooth.
