Recipe:
- Place salmon fillet skin side down on a parchment lined sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, honey, salt, juice of ½ lime and 3 grated garlic cloves.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-25 minutes, depending on thickness of fish and desired level of doneness.
- Garnish with lime slices and fresh cilantro.
